For those that are in research phase of 'should I use this' - yep, yep you should. Context: I'm training upto 30hrs a week (tight zone 2), I know, I know - stupidly signed upto NorthCape-Tarifa race (top tip - don't surf the internet at night, having had a cheeky beer)....I found that I was dipping power wise after 9-10hrs, because my previous 'stuff' was too sweet at this point, and threfore I didn't want to drink it. The Styrkr rice bars are banging, easy to eat whilst riding; and digest with no issues. The gels are the same, tbh though the taste to me is abit 'funky', but you do you. It just works, obviously if you are a fellow racer of NCTA; don't try it, it's awful👀. Happy chomping!
