Very simple to use ... the kit comes with most things you will need except for maybe a big jug (5 litre) ... I had watched the videos before pulling the trigger and within a couple of days of receiving I had made quite passable clear spirit (vodka-ish). Turbo yeast is an eerie but satisfying process. The team were awesome and freight was quick. I had a beaker that broke in transit, but they replaced it with no fuss. Tips ... start simple, consider double distilling ie distilling, diluting, distilling again, dilute for finished product. Also the standard filter actually sits so tightly that you will get a vacuum seal and it won't filter. Slip a chopstick or something down the side I ended up sitting the top up higher. Oh and if you are distilling something you've fermented like juice based wine ... realise when you are done, your going to have a vat of juice coloured water. I expected it to be empty but this made sense when I thought about it.
