Box arrived at my home in bad shape. One of the handles was bent, still functional. Missing O-Ring for the adjustable grill. Without O-Ring grill falls out of its guide. Had to make a run to the hardware store for replacement. Some extra parts included would be appreciated. Overall good quality, works well, looks durable.
