I had one of the BUG MD stations set up for 2 nights and 3 days and nothing happen, I was already to call n find out how to return all 4 of them thinking this was a scam and I lost a lot of my hard earned money!! I figured I would dismantle it later and find out what your return procedure is!! Wow, look at that, no disconnecting needed, the disc was full with tiny fleas and 2 mosquitos ... hurray ... it is really working 😀😊 you have to be patient, in the meantime I have all 4 stations set up and it's unbelievable what comes crawling, I always thought it's ants that get in but I really have a fleas investation, I change my shoes n brush out my dog every day but somehow they got a ride in the house... will get them all adventually, may have to get some more stations!! Thanks BUG MD you are real
