I was recommended by a colleague after constantly not having time to take a lunch break and getting home ‘hangry’. These are so quick to make, the taste is kind of oaty with the flavour somewhat mild but enough. Not tried them all yet, my favourite is chocolate! Not too keen on the coffee I don’t feel like it has much coffee flavour but my plan is to add a spoon of the powder coffee to see if that helps as I’ve only had 2 scoops to shame to waste. The bars were surprisingly large! I had the caramel sea salt in my starter pack but have since bought chocolate and both are great, large and filling. The ready mades are great for when I’m late and need to literally grab and go! The shaker is cool never any bits and the free tee was a great addition. I subscribed after the first week! Highly recommended for people on the go, it’s good knowing you have control about how much you have too so if you’re counting calories it’s still super easy.
