I ordered the Audi S3 / 1rs3 arch guard kit just before Christmas so there was a delay over the holiday but I received personal updates on email and even support from their CEO by telephone. I am always more confident dealing with online companies who offer telephone as well as email support. Thanks to their help the parts arrived safely and are very high quality. The weave is excellent, they are flexible but strong and really add to the look of the car as well as protecting from stone chips. Great company, great product and great service Andrew
