I have been an owner of Regency fire places since 1998. I have had a free standing stove as my initial purchase and subsequently after moving a couple of times I have had two fire place inserts. Regency had the best products on the markets and best of all, they honour their life time warranty. One of my inserts had a issue and was replaced free of charge. The F3500 free standing stove is probably the best so far. It provides and amazing heat throughout the house and does not consume too much wood. It heats so well the the I have to turn off the fan at some times. I strongly recommend this products and now that it has a catalyst built in, it is even better for the environment and produces hardly any emissions.
