The capabilities of this great setup would have cost thousands of dollars back in the day. It's efficient, reliable, and super bright with plenty of built-in patterns and extensive DMX controls. If anything it's a little too bright for some applications, I wouldn't want it scanning a crowd at eye level. I make sure it's positioned so it doesn't hit anyone near the eyes. But, I can't say enough good things about this laser, it's an incredible value for the price. I'm considering buying another just to have a backup.
