Recently purchased a second small awning to shade some new electronics panels for a solar collector array, adjacent to our previous awning. We loved the quality of the first so well that matching it was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, one of the bundles of slats was slightly warped, with no obvious freight damage to the box. It went together easily but the slats were not in line with the older awning. I emailed a picture to General Awnings and the replacements were sent immediately at no charge. Great service every time!
