I was a little scared to begin with...so much seemed it could go wrong. I followed Karl's instructions and was blown away. Simple, quick, tasty and now totally hooked. Am using continuous brew meth OJ d and playing with flavours at bottling. Ginger is my favourite..have used fresh ginger and dried ginger and both work very well.
