Before ordering the furniture I ordered a wood sample to check on the colour, I then visited the Dartford store where the Manager was very helpful. Not all the items I was thinking of were in stock at this store but the manager showed me similar items in the range and others for size comparison. He also explained the difference between two dining chairs that I hadn't noticed. I ordered several items which were delivered in 11 working days. The delivery staff were on time, courteous and placed the very heavy boxes exactly as I requested, they also gave me advice on unpacking my items. One very happy customer who will be returning for more.
