Big quality of life and comfort upgrade here! I'd reccomend it for all but maybe the thickest holsters and biggest handguns. On your 19s, 48s, 43s, 365s, P10c's, or anything in that size range I'd highly reccmend, especially if you have a good low profile appendix holster to pair it with. The addition of the pad actually made me like a holster that i previously didn't care for all that much.
