I have been looking for bar stools to replace our current ones for years! I wanted ones that had a back so my littles didn’t fall off. I didn’t want swivel so the kids didn’t break them, and I wanted one that didn’t gather dust and were hard to clean. These bar stools hit all the criteria I was looking for!! I love how they look, they have a back, so stylish and are super easy to clean. We ordered three and one was missing a part to the chair. I contacted customer service via phone and they were so kind and quick to respond. They sent us a new chair and I got it within a couple days. They then emailed to make sure I got it and that the new one didn’t have any problems. I have never had such amazing customer service. This is our first purchase with Nathan James but definitely won’t be the last.
