Got the email replied from Danny confirming the watch was available to purchase online. I requested them to see the photos of the actual watch and they sent me the short video from the boutique instead. It was lovely to see the actual watch via video and so appreciated for such service. The watch was wrapped in Berry's cardboard box with gift wrapping for the presentation box and it was wonderful! I requested a cleaning clothing for the watch but it did not arrive in the package. Replied to Danny and he arranged a nice Tudor Baseball Cap as a complimentary gift for me. I had an exceptional shopping experience so far and no doubt it was a first-class service from Berry's Jewellers. Highly recommended.
