I had priced out a similar "Three Birds" chair. While that chair was over $600, the Ash & Ember chair was 1/3 the cost. It comes partially assembled with mediocre instructive diagrams. It took me (pretty handy) about a half hour each to assemble. A very sturdy, solid, stylish and comfortable chair. The follow up customer service has been very responsive to questions.
