This Swytch bike is brilliant. I had bought one before and was very happy with it, and was very pleased to see that they had introduced the Swytch GO range at a lower price point, so I ordered another one. A few days in and we're very happy with our new purchase. Fitting was straightforward (with a little help from someone who understands bikes better than I do!), and it rides beautifully. Sure, the battery is larger and heavier that the Swytch Max that I bought previously, but given it's an electric bike, that doesn't matter so much. And it's still a lot lighter than an electric bike! And as the battery can easily be removed, you can choose to go light when you don't need the batter. When you live in a hilly areas like we do, Swytch is really fantastic! Customer service was good, as we were always kept informed of delivery timelines and the kit was delivered within the 6 months timeframe. All in all, very happy and looking forward to some lovely rides on our Swytch kitted bike!
