I love the frozen juice cleanses. I’ve tried the Skinny Cleanse and the Smoothies. And now I’m trying the 3-Day Detox Instant Smoothie. I really like it and it’s a great option - especially ally for people without a lot of room in their freezer. They are easy to mix and taste good. I use a portable blender. Just don’t add ice like I did for the first one - it didn’t come out too well!
