At long last, a company with excellent customer service, an excellent range of products and first class instructions on how to install its lights. Delivery was as requested, so I was not put out time wise and the light was well packaged, fortunately, as the very thick cardboard was damaged by the delivery company but no damage occurred to the light. While the price was significant, the quality of the product reflected the price point and was exactly as required. Telephone queries were answered promptly and efficiently by a staff member who knew his products and was not a ChatBot! All in all a thoroughly satisfying experience. I would happily recommend this company to potential purchasers, albeit I am a private buyer not a commercial operation. You won't be disappointed.
