The Keevo Model 1 is nothing short of impressive. It feels very well built and the design is just beautiful. It is entirely designed and made in California. The interface on both the software and the hardware are very straightforward and make the process of setting up a wallet easy even for less experienced users. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my device where the unit would not be able to communicate with the carbon key after engraving it. But Keevo's customer service really excelled. They sent me a replacement device through DHL express, which arrived three days later. It was very reassuring when the new device was actually able to restore the wallet from the carbon key. So this innovative technology really works as intended. In the meantime, the Keevo team is there with open ears listening to your feedback and ready to help whenever something goes wrong. This is a quality company in every regard. I would always buy a KEEVO again.
