Used a Meridian at a swanky villa in Greece last year and was impressed how it had stood the test of intense usage along with the sun/weather since the owner installed i5 years earlier . I was fed up with the numerous genetic units I had previously bought that deteriorate quickly from UK winters. The meridian built -in is superior stainless quality with added advantage of portable dry storing in winter. The cooking control is exactly as I remember in Greece, and is enhanced by a quality feel of superior components and build. Dishwasher proof ceramic grill serface makes clean up easy. The full width drip tray is simple and actually does what it's designed to do when compared to the usual Tuna tin on a hook. I don’t think I will ever need to replace it.
