Had an inflatable hot tub but had stored it over winter and the external pump developed a leak and the liner got damaged so decided to go for this rigid design this time. Easy to put together, managed to do it on my own. Very sturdy and was drawn to the energy saving aspect. Bought the thick base mat and extra insulation layer. Nowhere to put chlorine tablets so just have to dose regularly. Downloaded the app and had that working for a few days. The filter percentage dropped each day. When it got low I changed the filter but the percentage didn’t change. Turned the hot tub off and back on again but that made no difference in the app. Now I can’t get the app working again. Tried deleting it and reinstalling and repaired in but app fails with a “Have an accident” error all the time now. Hot tub is excellent but not impressed by the app.
