I am very pleased with the Tetbury Messenger bag, If i was to improve the bag even more there are a couple of modifications i would make, 1, is to have a hard back so that the bag would stay tight against the pannier frame, as shown in the photo, it is a bit floppy, 2, I would also have a detachable inner liner/pocket instead of a sewn in liner, to give more extra space if pockets were not required, these are just ideas and not meant to be detrimental to the product. Overall it's a very nice bag.
