Love the sake, love the tasting cards and videos, really fun tasting experience, and I’m learning a lot about sake! My partner and I are enjoying writing our own tasting notes on the cards provided so we can keep track! Normally I wouldn’t reach for a sake described as “rich and sweet” but I am learning there is a lot more nuance to sweeter sake than “light and dry” and better understanding what the terminology means which has more to do with its production and less about the taste which is fascinating! I used a code from Chris Broad’s YouTube channel just to see if the subscription would be worth the full price, and I do think it is. Otherwise I probably would have thought it was too expensive to “try” it. But it provides great entertainment and some darn good sake that I don’t have access to, even in a major city like Houston! Thanks Chris!
