I initially ordered the wrong Hiplok product, but their prompt and fantastic customer service quickly resolved the issue. Despite ordering the wrong package (D1000 with a large lock), they ensured I received the correct small lock in time to secure my bike before my trip. The D1000 lock is lighter than expected, making it convenient to carry around. After having two e-bikes stolen in three months, this lock combined with the D1000 anchor in my garage gives me peace of mind. I'm very happy with both the product and the helpful team at Hiplok!
