The chain I purchased was such an eye catching object, very lady like & sparkling. Unfortunately it was too thick a diameter to fit through the ring on my wife's existing pendant that contained her mother's ashes so I had no choice but to change to a thinner chain, the staff were very helpful & took the time to show me other alternatives until we came to the perfect item. I couldn't thank the staff enough for their patience they were so polite & understanding regarding the pendant containing the ashes. Amazing staff & a pleasure shopping at the store. Thank you ladies.
