I ordered this underwear around 4/5 months ago and waited to go through atleast 4 period cycles to give a review, because I sincerely believe my comfort during a cycle depends on the weather, how stressed I am and definitely depends on the menstrual tool I am using. My Flow: very heavy, I use a menstrual cup all through the cycle, and still have to empty it out 5 to 6 times everyday during the first 4 days. So I definitely needed to wear a pad with my cup, just to avoid general leakage and to help when I don't have access to a toilet with a sink to empty my cup. Hence my need for this underwear. So first, positives: great Absorption! No leakage till now, and I have used it during the day (going out, sitting on my office desk for 12+ hours, staying home) as well as during the night while sleeping. It is also super easy to clean and maintain, just follow the washing instructions which tell you to handwash the underwear (order atleast 2 so one can be worn while the other dries after a wash). Now negatives: my biggest concern with this underwear is that it sometimes scratches on the area where my thighs meet my pelvic bone, and cause rashes. I am a fairly curvy girl, and I do have fairly thick thighs, and I understand that the material needs to be a bit thick to have some absorption but at the edges of the underwear, where the seam is, it is way too thick and cuts my skin, so sometimes it's super annoying to sleep with during the night. I am also currently suffering from a rash I do from this underwear a month ago :(((( Also, tip: Size up!!! According to the size chart available on the website, I am an L, but I ordered an XL, which also helps to adjust around my bloated belly during my cycle. Overall: I definitely don't regret buying it, but it is still not my one stop solution to menstrual tools, which I was hoping it would be!
