I'm slightly obsessed with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt and I've ordered the pure white sea salt several times now. It's the most beautiful salt I've ever tasted and ever since I had some gifted to me, I can't do without it. I put it on virtually everything.. eggs, avocado, fish. I spent a lot of my childhood on Anglesey and lived there for a short time too so it's lovely to have a little taste of Wales in my cooking now that I don't get to visit much. Delivery has always been fantastic with goods really well packaged. I love the little postcards they include too.
