I purchased a bottle of oil and while doing the oil and oil filter change, I got distracted and forgot to screw the sump plug in after draining the old oil. So unfortunately I had 2 litres of new oil go into the container of dirty oil still under the bike. Could have been worse and gone onto the tiled floor. Anyway I went back to buy another bottle and told the staff member what I had done and we had a laugh. He was kind enough to discount the bottle so I bought another for another one of my bikes. Very happy with the service from the store
