Brilliant customer service from Discount Flooring Depot. Both samples arrived promptly. I then ordered the 8mm Regal Walnut laminate flooring. Upon checking on the day of delivery, there was issues with some of the boards. DFD sorted this with next day express delivery and ensured I was not left out of pocket. Best way to contact is via online account where there is a link to their damaged on delivery form. The flooring looks beautiful.
