We learnt lots about the history of sushi and why it's called maki and the changes and transformations along the years. Ahhh, and we learnt about wasabi too.
Hannah and Simon showed us how to make the perfect sushi and the technique with the knife to cut it perfectly. They answered all our questions and were very involved with us, making sure we learn the basics.
Coctels were delicious.
Eating our own self-made sushi was quite a big experience. Best birthday present to my partner. Now, we need to move to the advanced class ☺️☺️☺️
