I'm taking K2 supplement with fermented cod liver oil for the absorption of vitamin D3. I must say that My sleep is improved after taking these supplements, as I finished taking Dr mercola's vitamin D3+Vit k2 about 2 weeks ago and start taking K2 with cod liver oil. I'm feeling less depressed now, and enjoy doing house chores, which were I felt like burden and painful in the past.
My husband is also taking these, and I noticed that now he stopped complaining about pain in his feet (heel).
