So aside from the amazing customer service that I received super fast replies, they were not going to send me a banner unless it was perfect. So they had me send a resized image. They said it looked good. Then when I got it I was blown away because the quality alone of this banner is so high that I know that it's going to last for a long time and I can't wait to buy more. The image on it was so crystal clear, detailed and vibrant. I will never order a banner from anywhere else and I can't wait to see what other products I can put my logo on. By the way, I created my logo on my phone and they were able to put it on this banner just as clear as it is on my phone.
