Pleased with the watch, but we had to have 7 links removed from the strap as my wife has a small wrist. The problem now is the links don't completely close, leaving a 3 small gaps between them where they were removed. They will push together, but don't stay in that position. The assistant in the shop said unfortunately this happens because of the small wrist size, and there's nothing that can be done. She did say to bring it back, and bring the removed links to try to replace, to see if it's any different. My wife always had links removed from previous similar straps, and never had a problem before.
