This is a very good tent for the money. I had the opportunity to test a friend's one out for an overnighter before purchasing my own one. Recent trip with others who had a couple of the more expensive freestanding big named brands, heavy overnight dew meant condensation on the inner and outer fly for all our tents. The indie 1 held its own with the inner tub and mesh nice and dry. Some of the other tents have cutaway fly's which meant part of the inner was exposed and consequently wet, no thanks. With a trekking pole tent like the indie it is important to get the pitch right so you optimise the interior space, once you get that dialed in it is an easy tent to setup. 8000mm floor and 4000mm fly gives piece of mind for NZ conditions.
