The product was packaged in bubble wrap inside a box, but apparently not wrapped well enough because the pump dispenser cap on the bottle was crushed and unusable. Undeterred, I unscrewed the top and just poured the oil into my hand then applied it to scalp. Not convenient, but not enough of a problem to lessen the effect of the product once actually in the hair. The oil has a nice scent and feel, equal to other high-end biotin serums I've used in the past.
