Great board, had the opportunity to try one from the Takoon shop in Tarfa and ordered one online as soon as I got home. You will always need "some" wind to foil no matter what they say but with this board you'll be flying whilst others are still on the beach. I had the ambition to think about using it in every condition especially when travelling (not taking a hard board anymore), but must admit that in heavy winds, especially with chop, this remains challenging. I will soon mount the straps I bought with it once I feel comfortable with foot position and switching, this should support riding in rough seas. Can't speak long term yet but board seems very durable (what a pleasure to throw around not worrying about chips of paint) and at un unbeatable price within the wingfoil sport ! Very happy with it !
