We arrived to a lovely welcome from the team. They helped us to park our motorhome safely and welcomed our dog Axel with a treat. Our bags were taken to our room and we followed on to find a fabulous room which we had been upgraded to. The room had a garden area and was well fenced in so our dog could be outside. We were all made so welcome and our daughter arrived as a surprise and was also upgraded next door to us. Again she brought her dog and he was made so welcome. We sat with the dogs in the hotel garden and had lovely cocktails before taking the dogs to the room so we could eat in the restaurant. The dogs were offered room service which is a lovely touch but we did not require it. We had a fabulous meal which could not be faulted. The scallops were amazing. After the meal we got the dogs and took them into the bar whilst we had drinks. The following morning we took the dogs for breakfast and they were served sausages whilst we ate ours. The breakfast was amazing and again could not be faulted. We did not want to leave so had a walk around the gardens and then came back to sit in front of the log fire with the dogs and had a lovely coffee and the dogs had more treats. We cannot wait for the hotel to build its spa, this will be our new special place once they have this completed. We would definitely recommend this hotel and also pets pyjamas who booked this trip for us. The service was brilliant from start to finish. We will be back very soon and cannot wait for our next trip away with our beloved pooches who were made to feel as welcome as we were. Thank you to you all 😀
