As a builder, I was looking for a metal awning solution to improve the front elevation by breaking up a tall wall. The awning between the two windows provided an great and reasonably priced solution and has the benefit of providing needed shade for a kitchen window without obstructing the view from looking outside from the kitchen. The quality was great, the assembly was simply if you're a carpenture or a DIY'er with some know how. The product took about 3 weeks to ship. The only improvement would be more shipping and tracking information so I had a better idea when it would arrive.
