The ribs came nicely package and still very much frozen. Which was great for me as they were delivered while I was at work and when I got home that evening they were frozen. Great job on the packaging. The ribs smoked very well and I didn't have any leftovers. Even people who never tried buffalo were impressed and ate seconds. Thank you for selling this fine meat. I will be purchasing again in near future. Thank you again.
