I was very positively surprised by the bar stools! Their quality is very good and we were able to make them all perfectly aligned without any wobbling. They are pretty just as the picture, and are very comfortable! I was also extremely surprised by their customer service. At first, I was not able to assemble one of them straight. I called customer service, but it was after hours so no one picked up. Before I called them the next afternoon, I had a missed call in the morning with a voicemail from customer service checking in on me and the reason for my call. They were super helpful over the phone, and willing to help me troubleshoot the problem. Turns out, my husband was able to then assemble it properly and they are all perfect now. But I thought it was impressive how their customer service called me back because they have a missed call.
