Following a bad bout of pancreatitis, our dog kept having diarrhoea. Vet gave him antibiotics twice, and they helped, but I didn't want to rely on them long term. We put him on Super Tummy Instant for 3 days and saw a good improvement, though things got a little worse again when we stopped it. So we gave him a seven day course and the improvement has been remarkable and (so far) has lasted well. I'll keep a supply in the cupboard, just in case. Delighted with the results, even though it does seem to have made him cheekier than ever!
