My first laptop replacing 20 yrs trusty iMac only due to operating system unable to load some websites. First 2 days were the worst now I’m getting the hang. Ordered and next day delivery for under £5 tracked all the way 👍 initially disconcerted re “Don’t open if unsealed” label, which had been opened - rang customer services and a person answered !!! (Barry) he explained that product had previously been returned under a 14 day period , checked and repacked. Battery completely flat. However it recharged and I saw no reason to return although Barry offered this. No info re warranty other than on website. Machine itself easy to install and use. Keys don’t light up so if that’s important you need the Pro version. This is a Which best buy which informed my purchase. Very pleased so far and working on it every day. Gradually falling in love. There is life after a Mac 😉
