Set up using the provided links was a breeze. I opted for the matching speakers and designed a small case for the Pi zero and Pirate card that included a USB power bank so its stand alone. Mounting the speakers in a proper case gives them impressive drive and hard to believe the output is only 3W. Great short project for Pi Zero and the SW works really well as a node to stream to.
