Equipment arrived very well packaged with no issues, well constructed and easy to assemble. Used 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch hill inserts and worked great. I would recommend this product vs the wall mount based on home gym use. The wall mount one produces to much vibration in the wall when you strike the bag.
