I am new to woodworking but before my purchase I carried out intense research looking at many YouTube reviews before making my decision to go with Evolution. Aesthetically it's very proffesional looking and simply looks the part in my garage workshop area. Ergonomicallly it is simple to use and the only issue I had was the stick on ruler tape under the sliding rack and pinion fence , I had to glue in place as it was loose on 1 end. The assembly instructions for the stand were fairly simple and easy to follow taking me under 1 hour to build. I have used this bench daily over the last month and am thourourghly impressed with how clean it cuts, how veritile of cutting through multiple materials it is, in particular the set up of the blade with combined use of the Roofers speed square ensured everything was squared off and at accurate 0.-45. angles. I've been upcycling pallets so the multipurpose blade cuts through wood with nails very easily and with the use of the Evolution hoovers PTO function I feel quite safe using it.
