The plan has introduced me to a plant based diet. My inspiration comes from the yoga practices that I enjoy most days and wanting to enjoy and benefit from a cleaner diet to complement my new found yoga routine. As a vegetarian through the book I have learnt that my diet is not as healthy and nutritious as it could be and I am looking forward to making the most of the great recipes. Thank you both for providing such inspiration during these challenging times, you have no idea!!! :)
