I have hypothyroidism, add to that my age and its makes losing weight impossible despite eating a healthy diet and being active. This product is amazing! After only a short period my doctor reduced my T3 tablet by 25% as the change was noticable in a regular blood test. I have energy now to get things done, I'm more focused in business and generally just feel better. No racing heart either like other supplements. It did take about 5 days for me to notice a drop in appetite but I did still manage to loss 500grams in that time. I'm still only on one satchel a day. I'll increase soon and review again in a couple of months.
