We ordered 2pc Mo loft bed Customer service = Excellent Delivery = Ok, through 3rd party company with tracking. Delivery guys were friendly despite not helping us to move to 2nd floor due to safety concerns (understandable HSE concerns). Quality = Good. The finish is lovely and the construction of the bed is very solid. The holes for the pins seemed too large, and some of the pre-drilled holes weren't centered in some pieces. Assembly = Good if you have a drill and another person to hold the panels. The bed was easy to put together (although sometimes not 100% matching the instructions). Use a drill! I am happy with the result considering the price I paid for great-looking solid furniture. Some room for improvement with quality control and assembly experience.
