I'm so excited over these struts. If I'd known I could get them so cheap and fit them myself so easily (took only a couple of minutes with just a screwdriver) I would have gotten them years ago. Now my boot opens practically all by itself and stays open! I don't have to worry anymore about it falling on the back of my head.
