This honey is SO versatile. While I do like to drizzle it on my pizza, I've also recently tried infusing it in my yeast mixture for pizza dough. Adding between a tsp and a Tbsp to the mixture adds just a tinge of sweetness to the dough. It also helps to slightly speed up the resting process. Double win!
